Fran Deleo

Fran DeLeo is passionate about transforming ideas and inspirations into stunning realities. With over 20 years of experience in high-end luxury design and construction, she has earned a reputation for crafting distinctive and beautifully curated homes.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and client-first mindset, Fran brings flexibility, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to every project. Her designs are uniquely tailored to reflect each client’s vision, resulting in one-of-a-kind spaces that feel both personal and timeless.

Fran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Colorado State University and is an active member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

Mark Fletcher

Mark Fletcher is a rarity in the design world: he is both creative and pragmatic. His design philosophy requires that there be a purpose behind each element in the room, whether that space is a magnificent farmhouse in Italy or a Laguna Beach home facing the Pacific. Clients are enamored of Fletcher’s attention to detail. He begins his projects by listening to his clients requirements, wishes, and dreams. He pulls all those elements together incorporating the standards of design: history, scale, color, and texture.

Mark received his bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Louisiana State University School of Environmental Design, and has more than 20 years experience in the design industry. Mark is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and is also a RID – a registered interior designer with the State of Texas.

Mark has won numerous awards in his career and had a project in Tuscany featured in Architectural Digest.

As a graduate of The Art Institute of Dallas, Thic Hoa brings a refined eye and over a decade of experience to her role as a partner at Deleo Fletcher Hoa. Inspired by fashion, textiles, architecture, and art, her approach treats interiors like a tailored ensemble—cohesive, expressive, and impeccably detailed.

Guided by the belief that design must balance beauty with functionality, Thic creates spaces that embody comfort and sophistication while reflecting each client’s individuality. Her work is less about decoration and more about curating a lifestyle—where luxury becomes both personal and livable.
